Due to yesterday’s (16th March 2020) government announcement about public gatherings, along with guidelines from the British & International Federation of Festivals, it is clear that we are unable to continue with this year’s festival.

Wharfedale Festival of Performing Arts Speech & Drama LogoAfter recommendations made by competitors, we have made some changes to the syllabus. There is now more OWN CHOICE in many of the classes and we have a new class of DUO VERSE.

The sessions timings will be as follows: Morning - 9.30am - 12.30pm         Afternoon - 1.30pm - 3.30pm             Evening - 4.30pm - 8.00pm (approx)

YR 6 and UNDER classes (except THEATRE TIME & MUSICAL THEATRE) will be held in the morning or afternoon sessions whilst YR 7 and ABOVE / NO AGE LIMIT classes will take place in the evening sessions.
